Identify Any Communications Lines and ServerNet
Wide Area Network (SWAN) Using the GESA
2. Use the SCF INFO SUBNET command to determine the TCP/IP process, subnet,
and Internet Protocol (IP) address associated with the LIF on the GESA to be
replaced (see Example 3-2). Write down the associated LIF, TCP/IP process,
subnet, and IP address on your worksheet.
INFO SUBNET $*.*
When subnets are configured for use with the NonStop TCP/IPv6 product, the
INFO SUBNET display differs from the one shown above. For NonStop TCP/IPv6,
the display consists of an AF_INET section that lists IPv4 subnet addresses and an
AF_INET6 section that lists IPv6 subnet addresses. If any subnets have been
configured with IPv6 addresses, the LinkLevelAddress field under AF_INET6
shows them:
3. Use the SCF NAMES command to identify the PAM lines configured on the system
(see Example 3-4).
