Processor Load Balance and Performance Charts
Processor Load Balance and Performance Charts
The next major section of the GPA report (Example 4-12 and Example 4-13) contains
two charts that give you a more detailed picture of the system based on the performance
of the system’s processors. The first chart shows you graphically how the system load is
distributed among the processors. Abnormal conditions such as a memory shortage or
excessive transient processing are also indicated here (by flags following the CPU
numbers).
The load balance chart for \NODEA (Example 4-12
) shows the imbalanced condition on
this node but, more importantly, it indicates a severe memory shortage for CPU 0 and a
moderate shortage for CPU 1.
