SYNOPSIS
#include <complex.h>
float complex cexpf(
float complex z);
PARAMETERS
z Species the power to which the base of the natural logarithms (e)istoberaised.
DESCRIPTION
The cexpf() function is a float complex version of the cexp() function; it takes a float complex
argument and returns a float complex result.
The cexpf() function computes the complex exponential of z, defined as e
z
, where e is the con-
stant used as a base for natural logarithms.
NOTES
This function is implemented only for the IEEE_float oating-point option. Applications using
this function cannot be compiled if the specified floating-point option is Tandem_float.
RETURN VALUES
The cexpf() returns the complex exponential value of z.
ERRORS
No errors are defined.
RELATED INFORMATION
