SYNOPSIS
#include <fenv.h>
int fegetexceptflag(
fexcept_t *flagp,
int excepts);
PARAMETERS
flagp Specifies the object that is to store the floating-point exception flags.
excepts Species the floating-point exception flags that are to be obtained.
DESCRIPTION
The fegetexceptflag() function stores a representation of the states of the floating-point excep-
tion flags indicated by the parameter excepts in the object pointed to by the parameter flagp.
The parameter excepts can be constructed as a bitwise OR of the exception macros:
FE_INEXACT, FE_DIVBYZERO, FE_UNDERFLOW, FE_OVERFLOW, and
FE_INVALID. FE_ALL_EXCEPT represents all the floating-point exceptions.
NOTES
This function is implemented only for the IEEE_float oating-point option. Applications using
this function cannot be compiled if the specified floating-point option is Tandem_float.
RETURN VALUES
The fegetexceptflag() function always returns 0 (zero), indicating that a representation was suc-
cessfully stored.
