SYNOPSIS
#include <math.h>
int isnormal(
floating-type x);
PARAMETERS
floating-type Specifies the floating-type of x.
x Species a value of type floating-type.
DESCRIPTION
The isnormal() macro determines whether its argument is a normalized value (neither zero,
denormalized, innite, nor NaN). The argument must be of floating type, and classification is
based on the type of the argument.
NOTES
This macro is implemented only for the IEEE_float floating-point option. Applications using
this macro cannot be compiled if the specified floating-point option is Tandem_float.
RETURN VALUES
The isnormal() macro returns a nonzero value if and only if its argument has a normalized
value.
ERRORS
No errors are defined.
