4 2 both For key sequenced disk files, the generic lock
key length. For Enscribe files, if this value has
never been set, the key length of the file is
returned; for SQL tables, if this value has never
been set, or if the set value is the same as the
key length of the file, 0 is returned.

the
alternate-key-params array.
