One CLASS TAPECATALOG DEFINE must be used for each labeled tape file that you want to read
or write. CLASS TAPECATALOG DEFINEs are processed by the FILE_OPEN_ and OPEN procedures.
The DSM/TC facility automatically selects tape volumes and catalogs the files written to tape by
applications using CLASS TAPECATALOG DEFINEs. For detailed information about the CLASS
