Guardian Procedure Calls Reference Manual

address-list
input
INT:ref:*
is the name of an integer array containing either:
Polling addresses and selection addresses (for a description of this array, see the Envoy
Byte-Oriented Protocols Reference Manual)
one or more station addresses (for a description of this array, see the EnvoyACP/XF
Reference Manual )
address-size
input
INT:value
specifies the size, in words, of an entry in the station-list array. Note that the entry size
varies somewhat from one protocol to another.
num-entries
input
INT:value
specifies the total number of entries in the station-list array.
polling-count
input
INT:value
specifies the number of polling addresses in the station-list array. This parameter has
no meaning when used for EnvoyACP bit-oriented protocols.
polling-type
input
INT:value
for a supervisor station, specifies the number of times that the tributary stations with polling
addresses in the station-list array are to be polled when the line is in the control state,
and the supervisor station issues a call to READ:
Poll continuously0
Number of polling cycles1-127
For tributary stations, this parameter has no functional effect; a dummy argument must still be
supplied, however, for each station except Envoy's multipoint tributary. In this case, the
polling-type can be:
RVI (reverse interrupt)0
WACK (wait for acknowledgment)1
NAK (negative acknowledge)2
Condition Code Settings
indicates that an error occurred (call FILE_GETINFO_ or FILEINFO).< (CCL)
indicates that the DEFINELIST procedure was executed successfully.= (CCE)
does not return from DEFINELIST.> (CCG)
