is the synchronization information returned by the FILE_GETSYNCINFO_ procedure.
infosize

INT:value
is the size in bytes of the infobuf parameter. In H06.28/J06.17 RVUs with specific SPRs
and later RVUs, the maximum value that can be specified for this parameter is larger than
previously allowed. (For a list of the required H06.28/J06.17 SPRs, see SPR Requirements for
Increased Enscribe Limits for the H06.28/J06.17 Release (page 31).) Applications never
explicitly set this value; it is the value returned by the FILE_GETSYNCINFO_ procedure before
it is checkpointed to the backup.
