33 (%41) I/O process is unable to obtain
sufficient buffer space. (device
type: any except 2)
Cause Insufficient buffer space was available for the I/O process. This message is returned for a
privileged operating system call.
Effect The procedure sets the error code and returns without performing the requested operation.
Recovery Wait, then try again; check the system for processes that are using too much memory
for I/O or applications attempting to queue very large I/O operations. For persistent network
errors, provide more buffer space for the network process. If the disk process ran out of lock space,
try to reduce the number of concurrent locks on this disk process.
If the problem persists, contact your HP representative.
