This manual is organized in 14 sections, two appendixes, and a glossary. The glossary
defines technical terms and acronyms.
Section 1, “Overview of NonStop Operations Management”

Section 2, “The Operations Staff”
This section explains how to use the operations management model to help determine
the type of operations organization, staff requirements, job descriptions, and training

site planning starts. This section provides site-planning suggestions for traditional
