change reason
indicates why the object changed states.
prev state
indicates the state that the IPXPROTO process was in before this event occurred.
curr state
indicates the state of the IPXPROTO process after this event occurred.
ZCOM-VAL-SUMSTATE-STARTING Current state is STARTING.
ZCOM-VAL-SUMSTATE-STOPPED Current state is STOPPED.
ZCOM-VAL-SUMSTATE-STOPPING Current state is STOPPING.
