Cause. The PATHMON process coldstart failed. Refer to the errors reported in the

message for more details about the cause.

Effect. The iTP Secure WebServer environment does not start.

Recovery. The recovery action depends on the error that occurred. For example, the

iTP WebServer configuration file (httpd.config) might refer to a nonexistent Guardian

subvolume. Consult the
