Events 3000 through 3999: Common Gateway
Interface (CGI Server Processes and CGI Library)
Effect. The Distributor process stops.
Recovery. Correct the error condition, and restart the iTP Secure WebServer.
2063
error-condition
reports the error condition.
Cause. The Distributor process cannot obtain the current status of the httpd server
class from PATHCOM.
Effect. The Distributor process continues. However, the PATHCOM STOP SERVER
HTTPD command may not execute properly.
A Pathway server class can be stopped only when all of its outstanding Pathsend or
Pathsend dialogs have completed or aborted. Since the Distributor process maintains
a Pathsend dialog with each of its httpd server processes, a periodic status inquiry is
sent to PATHMON. When the httpd server class enters the FROZEN state, the
Distributor process can abort its Pathsend dialogs, which in turn allows the httpd server
class to be stopped with the PATHCOM STOP command.
Recovery. Correct the error condition, and restart the iTP Secure WebServer.
