Copy the Files
Copy the Files
Copy the product files to <$ISV>.ZOSSUTL (if you have a product CD, see the
README.TXT file for instructions specific to moving files from the product CD with
FTP).
If you will also be installing a new WebSafe2 Internet Security Processor (WISP), with
the iTP Secure WebServer, then you must also copy the product files for the WebSafe
Interface Driver (WID; T7951).
Unpax the Files
On the Compaq NonStop™ system, logon as SUPER.SUPER, go to
<$ISV>.ZOSSUTL, and unpax the product files using the TACL macro COPYOSS:
TACL> LOGON SUPER.SUPER
TACL> VOLUME <$ISV>.ZOSSUTL
TACL> COPYOSS T8997PAX
TACL> COPYOSS T7951PAX (if appropriate)
TACL> COPYOSS T1222PAX (if appropriate)
You may use product versions T8996 or T7950 if appropriate. T7951 and T1222 are
optional add-on products. T1222 is the new Servlets 2.2 and JSP 1.1 support option - see
Installing NonStop Servlets for JavaServer Pages (NSJSP)
on page 9-13 for further
details.
COPYOSS delivers the contents of T8997PAX into the version specific OSS directory
located at:
/usr/tandem/webserver/<version>
where <version> is the vproc of this release for example:
T8997V40_03NOV00_ABD_V01
You may use product versions T8996 or T7950 if appropriate.
The contents of the T7951PAX(WID) file are placed into the OSS directory structure
located at:
/usr/tandem/webserver/
Run the Setup Script
To complete a typical installation of the iTP Secure WebServer, run the "setup" script
located in the OSS file system directory. Compaq recommends that a SUPER group
userid other than SUPER.SUPER be used when you run the setup script. To run the
setup script, enter the OSS environment and execute the script.
