Delayed deletion of files
Whenever NSKCOM is started by a super-group user (255, n), it checks for files
that are marked for future deletion. If a file is marked for deletion and is no longer
in use (that is, it has no outstanding reservations), NSKCOM cleans the file and
deletes it from disk. As shown in Example 4-9 on page 4-15, NSKCOM displays
the cleaning and deletion of the file as part of its opening banner.
