INFO Command
INFO Command
The INFO command displays static configuration information and file attributes for the
specified object or objects. INFO now also gives information about the format of the
swap files. For dynamic status information, use the STATUS command.
filename
is the name of the swap file for which you want to display information. The variable
filename is specified as: $volume.subvolume.filename
*
specifies that information for all swap files, or all swap files for the specified
processor, are to be displayed.
CPU cpu-num
is the number of the processor for which you want to display information. If you do
not specify a processor, information is displayed for the specified file or for all files.
The INFO command shows the text “Stop Pending” and “Delete Pending” for files that
have been marked by NSKCOM to stop use of or delete when the processes using the
files have terminated. In Example 4-12 on page 4-20, the swap file
$SWAP.KERSWAP.CPU4B has both a STOP command and a DELETE command
pending.
