STATUS SWAPD[ISK]
Example 4-19 shows the STATUS command used with the SWAPDISK attribute.The
SWAPDISK attribute displays the processes that have dependencies on a swap disk.
STOP Command
The STOP command stops use of a swap file by any additional processes. Existing
processes using the file continue to run and are allowed to resize, or grow, their current
reservations in the swap file. However, the STOP command prevents any new
reservations to be given out for the file.
filename
is the name of the swap file whose usage by additional processes is to be stopped.
The variable filename is specified as:
$volume.subvolume.filename

STOP SWAPF[ILE] filename
