swapfile
identifies the kernel-managed swap file.
Cause. During system startup, the operating system either was unable to enable the
configured swap files for use or no swap files were configured. The operating system
created and enabled a default swap file for use. This error might occur because a
configured file was on a disk that was not yet up.
Effect. Processes swap to the default swap file.
Recovery. If you had configured swap files, use the NSKCOM ADD and START
commands to enable use of the files.
