Installing an Adapter
Starting a PIF Object
If a PIF object is in the STOPPED state, use the SCF START PIF command to start it:
pif-name
is the name of the PIF object to start.
Starting a LIF Object
If a LIF object is in the STOPPED state, use the SCF START LIF command to start it:
lif-name
is the name of the LIF object to start.
Starting an ATMSAP Object
atmsap-name
is the name of the ATMSAP object to start.
Installing an Adapter
After you verify the initial SLSA subsystem configuration as described on page 1-2, you
can install additional adapters. For information, see:
START PIF $ZZLAN.pif-name
START LIF $ZZLAN.lif-name
START ATMSAP $ZZLAN.atmsap-name
