This Update to Compaq NonStop Tuxedo (R6.5) provides maintenance
fixes and includes the following enhancement:
Compaq NonStop TUXEDO networking components always set the
SO_REUSEADDR option on a binding socket. This update provides user
control of this option. When the environment variable SETTCPREUSEADDR
is set to Y or y, then the SO_REUSEADDR option will be used for a
socket. Otherwise, the SO_REUSEADDR option will not be specified for
a binding socket.
Documentation is available on the product CD in the form of PDF and as
a TIM (Total Information Manager) collection.
The above product has been qualified to run on D45.00 and later or
G05.01 and later NSK releases.
Independent products are delivered on a CD instead of a SUT. This
product version will not be available on any SUT.
