Known Problems Remaining:
1) [G06] PAK cannot compress OPEN files if the files are EXCLUSIVELY
opened. SHARE option can be used to PAK the files opened for
WRITE, but the resulting PAK file might be corrupted.
For example, you cannot PAK edit files opened in read/write mode
by EDIT or TEDIT.
