Summary:

This SPR adds infrastructure to support enhanced DSM/SCM

installation of OSS files. The use of COPYOSS and PINSTALL is no

longer required. The new capability is only available on G06.18

and later Release Version Updates. This SPR also corrects the

problem where the T1234MAN man page archive contains duplicate

netrc(4) file.
