Consider using this SPR to avoid
1. CMFILE mistakenly emits data miscompare error if buffered file's
cache hasn't been flushed to disk and doesn't match disk contents
2. FILES displays no filenames if contains lower-case
letters or VOLUME command specified with lower-case letters
3. CMFILE reports "no file" or scans wrong file for partially-
qualified name or pattern if VOLUME was used to change defaults
