warning event 4063 if the per-CPU CID usage exceeds a configured threshold.
Revised Max Value Counters (page 140) to improve clarity.
Corrected Units Displayed values for Response Time Counters (page 141) and Syslink Counters
(page 143).
Added new Lockwait Counters (page 142) subsection that discusses Lockwait counters. Also
revised counter type descriptions for all individual LOCKWAIT-TIME counters (for DISCOPEN
(page 208) and DISKFILE (page 217) entities) to state that each of these counters is of the Lockwait
counter type.
Revised counter type descriptions for RESPONSE-TIME counters (for LINE (page 248) and
TERMINAL (page 357) entities to state that each of these counters is of the Response time counter
type.

Definitions for DISC (page 189) entities: legacy style records support four values for the C
subfield; ZMS style records support eight values for C subfields.
Revised descriptions of “pathname” or “pname” for the DISCOPEN (page 208), DISKFILE
(page 217), FILE (page 227), PROCESS (page 291), PROCESSH (page 313), SQLPROC (page 335),
SQLSTMT (page 341), and USERDEF (page 366) entities to indicate that in Measure G09 and
later PVUs, the specification of an OSS file pathname that begins with /G is not supported.
Add the following new counter fields to DDL Record for OSSCPU Entities (ZMS Style) (page 271)
and added their definitions to Common and ZMS Style Only Counter Field DDL Definitions
