Example 1
1. Logon as SUPER.SUPER at the TACL prompt where MSMM is installed.
2. Volume over to the location where the Server files were transferred.
3. Type RUN TPTSTR and the SCSI name of the tape library (in this example the
SCSI name is $SL500) at the TACL prompt (See Figure 3-21).
Note. There are two ways to test communication by running TPTSTR (See the following
examples).
Note. TPTSTR is a test to see if the tape library is communicating with the server.
