Required Software
NBT requires the following software to run on D-series and G-series systems:
•
Compaq NonStop TCP/IP software:
•
Sockets library (included in NBT object file)
•
TCP/IP process ($ZTC0)
For information about Compaq NonStop TCP/IP on D-series systems, refer to the
Tandem NonStop TCP/IP Configuration and Management Manual. For information
about Compaq NonStop TCP/IP on G-series systems, refer to the TCP/IP Configuration
and Management Manuals.
NBT Software Installation
To install NBT product files use Distributed Systems Management/Software
Configuration Manager (DSM/SCM) to copy the NBT files from the Site Update Tape
(SUT) to your system. For more information about using DSM/SCM, refer to the
DSM/SCM User’s Guide.
