Required Hardware and Software
NBX requires the following software to run on D-series and G-series systems:
•
Compaq NonStop IPX/SPX software
For information about Compaq NonStop IPX/SPX on D-series systems, refer to the
NonStop IPX/SPX Configuration and Management Manual. For information about
Compaq NonStop IPX/SPX on G-series systems, refer to the IPX/SPX Configuration
and Management Manuals.
NBX Software Installation
To install NBX product files use Distributed Systems Management/Software
Configuration Manager (DSM/SCM) to copy the NBX files from the Site Update Tape
(SUT) to your system. For more information about using DSM/SCM, refer to the
DSM/SCM User’s Guide.
