CALL^TO
CALL^TO specifies the timeout, in seconds, between retries when attempting to
establish a session to a remote node as a result of a WSPTP NCB CALL command.
To display the current setting of this parameter, use the INFO PROCESS command.

specifies the number of seconds. The default is 2 (seconds). The range is 1 to 5.
Increase this value if slow routers or bridges are used.
