Command Security
RELEASE-WAITON No NetBatch supervisors can release dependent
jobs belonging to any user.
Users who are not NetBatch supervisors can
release a dependent job whose input file is a
disk file to which they have write access. If
the input file does not exist or is a device or
process, only the owner and NetBatch
supervisors can release the job.
