NO
disallows solicited event message flow. This prevents your system from
sending solicited ISR event messages to a remote system and prevents your
system from receiving ISR event messages from a remote system.
UNSOLICIT
specifies whether and how to allow or disallow unsolicited event message flow.
YES
allows unsolicited event message flow in both directions, to and from your
local system.
NO
disallows unsolicited event message flow in both directions, to and from your
local system.
ALL
allows unsolicited event message flow in both directions, to and from your
local system.
INBOUND
allows only inbound unsolicited event message flow from a remote system to
your local system, but prevents your system from sending unsolicited event
messages to a remote system.
OUTBOUND
allows only outbound unsolicited event message flow to a remote system from
your local system, but prevents your system from receiving unsolicited event
messages from a remote system.
Considerations
The default authority level of this command is 2.
You can enter this command from any NCL procedure, including the INIT NCL
procedure, by using either the CMD core statement or the INTCMD verb.
A solicited message is a message generated in response to an explicit request: for
example, the output from a NonStop NET/MASTER MS command. An
unsolicited message is a message that is not generated as the result of an explicit
request: for example, a message reporting an unexpected event, such as a terminal
failure.
