If your installation permits the use of both Format 1 and Format 2, the default
authority level of Format 2 is 3.
If your installation permits the use of Format 2 only, the default authority level
of Format 2 is 3.
Table 2-3 lists the default authority levels of DSNM utility commands. Default
authority levels for Guardian utility commands are listed in Appendix A, “Default
Authority Levels for Guardian Utility Commands.”

You can enter this command from any NCL procedure, including the INIT NCL
procedure, by using either the CMD core statement or the INTCMD verb.
This command supports only conversational utilities, not block-mode Guardian
utilities.
When NonStop NET/MASTER MS encounters a command that begins with the
OPSYS command followed by a DSNM subsystem command, it checks the
authority level of the subsystem command and passes the command to DSNM for
processing. NonStop NET/MASTER MS does not process the command beyond
this.
