NonStop NET/MASTER MS Commands
115412 Tandem Computers Incorporated 2–297
PSNDCTL STOP The PSNDCTL STOP command disassociates a Pathway server class identifier from a
Pathway server class.
The server class must not be in use by any NCL process or the attempt to disassociate
the identifier from the server class will fail. The server class remains available for use
by NonStop NET/MASTER MS after this command and you can assign a new unique
identifier to the server class at any time; however, NCL cannot communicate with the
server class while it does not have an identifier.
The PSNDCTL process-spec command associates an identifier with a Pathway server
class.
PSNDCTL STOP=
server-class-identifier
server-class-identifier
specifies a Pathway server class identifier. You can specify an identifier from one
through eight characters long, beginning with a character other than a digit. The
PSNDCTL OPEN command lists valid characters.
