PSNDCTL OPEN
The PSNDCTL OPEN command makes a Pathway server class available for use by
NonStop NET/MASTER MS.

PSNDCTL STOP The PSNDCTL STOP command disassociates a Pathway server class identifier from a
Pathway server class.

one or more full non-roll-delete (NRD) message(s).
