4. If desired, move the cursor to the OPSYS or PROGRUN field and enter the utility
type:
If the utility is accessed by using the OPSYS command (conversational-mode
programs), enter O.
If the utility is accessed by using the PROGRUN command (block-mode or
conversational-mode programs), enter P.
5. Press the ENTER key.
The UMS : Utility List panel, shown next, appears on your screen.

The unlabeled action selection field at the left end of each line of the table
The File/Macro Name and Startup Text fields might truncate values whose length
exceeds the field size. Truncation is indicated by a plus sign (+) in the column just
after the end of the field (the dashes in the column heading show the size of the fields).
To view the complete listing of the utility’s startup text, position the cursor next to the
name of the utility, enter B in the unlabeled action selection field, and press the ENTER
key.
