When you define a command set for a utility accessed through the PROGRUN
command, the security check issued against the user only verifies authority for
using the utility. To specify the authority required to access the utility, enter an
asterisk (*) in a Command column field, and enter an authority level in the
adjacent Authority column field.

8. Press the F3 function key to issue the FILE command, which submits the record to
the customized command set definition database.
All records that you create are located in the customized command set definition
database.
Before the FILE command completes execution, NonStop NET/MASTER MS
checks the data in the fields to determine whether you have entered all required
information. It also performs an inter-field check to determine whether you have
mixed OPSYS command data with PROGRUN command data. For example, if
you define a utility command set for a utility of type P, NonStop NET/MASTER
MS rejects command entries other than an asterisk (*).
When the FILE command completes execution, NonStop NET/MASTER MS
returns you to the UMS : Utility Command Set Maintenance Menu panel and
displays a notification message on the third line of the panel. It also writes a
message to the activity log, noting that you added a command set definition
record.
