The UMS : Authority for Unrestricted PROGRUN panel, shown next, appears on
your screen.

The Command Authority field can be modified; its value gives the minimum
command authority level required to use the PROGRUN command without being
restricted to the defined utilities. Valid values range from 0 through 255, or all blanks
to erase the entry from the database.
If there is an error, the UMS : Authority for Unrestricted PROGRUN panel remains on
your screen, and NonStop NET/MASTER MS displays an error message on the third
line.
