10. If the user of the security administrator’s user ID works from specific terminals,
such as those in a secured operations area, type the names of those terminals in the
fields under Terminals to which the User will be restricted.
The name should be a fully qualified external-format device name.
The screen should resemble the next example:

11. If you are satisfied with the information that you entered, press the F8 function
key.
The UMS : Access Authorities panel appears on your screen.
12. To enable access to the following features, move the cursor to the associated field
and type Y:
UMS Management—Required for security administration; must be granted to
the first user ID definition record that you add.
OCS Access—Optional for security administration; enables viewing of event
messages that alert monitor-class users of potential security threats.
System Support Access—Optional for security administration; provides an
alternative access point to facilities from which security administration
commands and log files can be used. If you deny the security administrator
access to OCS, enter Y for System Support Access: otherwise, the security
administrator will be unable to use the Activity Log Browse facility.
Edit Services Access—Optional for security administration; provides access to
NCL procedure development environment.
Console Extras Access—Required for security administrator; the security
administrator configures the Consoles Extra feature.
