13. Type Y in the Dynamic Logon field.
Note The first user ID definition record that you add must have Y in the Dynamic Logon field: otherwise, no
one can log on to the NonStop NET/MASTER MS system.
Use of the NNM program is limited to user IDs permitted to log on dynamically. In most circumstances,
users access any NonStop NET/MASTER MS system by logging on to a terminal at which NonStop
NET/MASTER MS controls the logon dialogue. The dynamic logon feature is discussed at greater length
in Section 4, “Managing User Access and Privileges.” Instructions for configuring and starting dedicated
terminals also appear in Section 5, “Customizing the Operations Environment.”
