NNM1298 SYSPARMS CMDAUTH OPERAND - OPERAND AUTHORITY WAS OUT OF RANGE
Cause. A SYSPARMS CMDAUTH command was issued, and an authority level for a
command operand was specified but the level was out of range. The level must be
from 0 through 255.
Effect. The command operand authority level remains unchanged.
Recovery. Specify the correct authority level and retry the SYSPARMS CMDAUTH
command.

REGION NOT ACTIVE
Cause. Either a SUBMIT command was issued to submit a command or an NCL
procedure to the background environment, or an NCL procedure sent a message to the
background environment but the environment was not active.
background
is the name of the environment.
Effect. The command, procedure, or message is ignored.
Recovery. You can use the SHOW USERS command to list the active background
environments. Refer the message to the system manager. If the inactive background
environment is BSYS, BMON, BLOG, or EMSP, the NonStop NET/MASTER MS
system may need to be restarted. If the inactive background environment is LOGP,
you can use the SYSPARMS LOGPROC command to start the LOGP background
environment.
