NNM1462 NO DSNM COMMAND SERVER IS AVAILABLE TO PROCESS COMMAND
Cause. The user issued an OPSYS command but there were no DSNM command
servers (CMDSVR).
Effect. The command is ignored.
Recovery. Refer the message to your system manager. The manager should include the
CMDSVR parameter in the configuration and restart the system.
NNM1463 DSNM SUBSYSTEM INITIALIZATION FAILED (Error error )
Cause. The NonStop NET/MASTER MS system could not initialize the DSNM
subsystem while processing an OPSYS command.
error is a DSNM error code.
Effect. The command is ignored.
Recovery. Refer the message to your system manager. The manager should:
Ensure that DSNM is up
Use the error code to determine the appropriate action to take
NNM1464 ONLY LOCAL FILES MAY BE EDITED
Cause. The EDIT command cannot operate on a remote file (that is, a file on another
system).
Effect. Edit Services returns control to OCS.
Recovery. Issue a PROGRUN FILE=TACL command. When the TACL prompt
appears, log on and use TEDIT to access the file.
NNM1465 USER NOT PERMITTED TO USE EDIT SERVICES
Cause. An EDIT command was issued but the user does not have Edit Services access.
Effect. Edit Services returns control to OCS.
Recovery. Either apply to your system manager for access to Edit Services or use the
PROGRUN FILE=TACL command to create a TACL process and then use TEDIT.
