shutdown-command
COMMAND FAILED
Cause. You supplied a name that is not that of a NonStop NET/MASTER MS control
process to the NNM shutdown utility.
shutdown-command
is either FSTOP or SHUTDOWN (for both SHUTDOWN
and SHUTDOWN $ABEND$).
Effect. The attempt to execute the NNM shutdown utility fails.
Recovery. Correct the control process name, and retry. You can use the TACL STATUS
command to retrieve the name of the control process.
NNM1558 INSUFFICIENT COMMAND AUTHORITY
Cause. You do not have authority to execute the NNM shutdown utility.
Effect. The attempt to execute the NNM shutdown utility fails.
Recovery. To use the NNM shutdown utility to shut down a NonStop NET/MASTER
MS system, you must be the user (or the group manager of the user) that started that
system.
If possible, log on to the NonStop NET/MASTER MS system you want to shut down
and issue the shutdown command from within the system. If you cannot log on to the
system, ask the appropriate person to shut down the system for you.

shutdown-command
COMMAND SUBMITTED TO BSYS REGION
Cause. A shutdown command issued by using the NNM shutdown utility was
submitted to the BSYS background environment for execution.
shutdown-command
is either FSTOP or SHUTDOWN (for both SHUTDOWN
and SHUTDOWN $ABEND$).
Effect. Command processing begins in the BSYS background environment.
Recovery. This message is informational only; no recovery action is necessary.
