NNM2194 BACKUP TAKEOVER, reason
Cause. The backup of the security exit server has taken over.
reason is one of the following:
PRIMARY ABENDED indicates that the security exit abended.
PRIMARY CPU FAILED indicates that the CPU running the
security exit failed.
PRIMARY STOPPED indicates that the security exit stopped.
Effect. Authorization functions are unaffected, but no backup is created if the CPU
running the security exit fails. The security exit will attempt to restart a backup.
Recovery. If a CPU fails, try to get it reloaded.
NNM2195 BACKUP FAILED, ERROR errno
Cause. The backup of the security exit process failed.
errno is a Guardian file-system error number.
Effect. Authorization functions are unaffected, but no backup is created if the CPU
running the security exit fails. The security exit will attempt to restart a backup.
Recovery. Use the error number to determine the appropriate action to take. If a CPU
fails, try to get it reloaded.
NNM2196 BACKUP CREATE ERROR err1 , err2
Cause. The security exit server encountered an error trying to start its backup.
err1 is the upper half of the NEWPROCESS error code.
err2 is the lower half of the NEWPROCESS error code.
Effect. Authorization functions are unaffected, but no backup is available to take over
if the CPU running the security exit fails. The security exit will attempt to restart a
backup.
Recovery. Use the error code returned by the Guardian procedure NEWPROCESS to
determine the appropriate action to take.
