NNM2302 THE TARGET ENVIRONMENT BELONGS TO ANOTHER USER
Cause. A DEBUG START command was issued, and an environment belonging to
another user was specified. However, the debug session was not started because you
did not have sufficient authority or because the value of the NCLXUSER system
parameter was NO.
Effect. The debug session is not started.
Recovery. Refer the message to your system manager. The manager can increase your
authority level or set the value of the NCLXUSER system parameter to YES.

nclid
NO DEBUG SESSION INITIATED FOR MSGPROC
Cause. A DEBUG START command was issued and attempted to debug a MSGPROC
NCL process that was in the same environment.
nclid
is the ID of the MSGPROC NCL process.
Effect. The MSGPROC NCL process is not debugged.
Recovery. The MSGPROC NCL procedure must be debugged in an environment that is
not itself being debugged at the same time. For example, start a debug session in one
OCS window, targeting NCL processes in the other OCS window, and then start the
MSGPROC procedure in the targeted window.

NOT EXECUTING IN YOUR REGION
Cause. A DEBUG START command was issued, and the specified NCL process was
not in your environment. However, the debug session was not started because you do
not have sufficient authority or because the value of the NCLXUSER system parameter
is NO.
nclid
is the ID of the NCL process to be debugged.
Effect. The debug session is not started.
Recovery. Refer the message to your system manager. The manager can increase your
authority level or set the value of the NCLXUSER system parameter to YES.
