NNM2903 VALUE SPECIFIED FOR QUAL OPERAND WAS TOO LONG -
transaction-qualifier
Cause. An OPSC command was issued, but the value specified for the QUAL operand
was longer than four characters. The command was DEFLINK, REPLINK,
DEFTRANS, REPTRANS, DELTRANS, or SHOW DEFTRANS.
transaction-qualifier
is the value specified for the QUAL operand.
This operand specifies the qualifier for OPSC
transactions.
Effect. The command is rejected.
Recovery. Replace the value with a shorter qualifier, and retry the command.
NNM2904 VALUE SPECIFIED FOR TERMMASK OPERAND WAS TOO LONG -
terminal-name-mask
Cause. An OPSC command was issued, but the value specified for the TERMMASK
operand was longer than 24 characters. The command was DEFLINK, REPLINK, or
DELLINK.
terminal-name-mask
is the value specified for the TERMMASK operand. This
operand specifies the generic mask used to match RSC
terminal names.
Effect. The command is rejected.
Recovery. Replace the value with a shorter RSC terminal name mask, and retry the
command.
Note that the mask must be able to match a valid RSC terminal name. Such a terminal
name must include the $TDP process name to make it unique, followed by a dot (.),
and then the actual RSC name, which can be up to 15 characters long.
