NNM2955 INVALID HEXADECIMAL STRING SPECIFIED FOR TPN OPERAND -
transaction-program-name
Cause. A DEFTRANS or REPTRANS command was issued, specifying a hexadecimal
value in an incorrect format. A hexadecimal value must start with a single quote ('),
followed by one or more pairs of hexadecimal digits, and ending with a quote
followed by the letter X: for example, TPN='6E4D3F'X. A maximum of 64 pairs of
hexadecimal digits may be specified in this format.
transaction-program-name
is the value specified for the TPN operand. This
operand specifies the transaction program name.
Effect. The command is rejected.
Recovery. Correct the value, and retry the command.

Cause. A SHOW DEFTRANS command was issued, and the message is part of the
response. The line contains information about the TPN operand.
transaction-program-name
is the transaction program name (TPN) of the
OPSC transaction, where the TPN has a
hexadecimal string format.
Effect. The information about TPN is retrieved and displayed.
Recovery. This message is informational only; no recovery action is necessary.

Cause. An OPSC verb was issued and failed.
operand
is the second part of the OPSC verb (for example, SEND).
error-text
is NO ACTIVE CONVERSATION, indicating that there is no active
conversation for this NCL process.
Effect. The requested OPSC conversation action is not taken.
Recovery. Use the error text to determine the appropriate action to take.
