indicates that the message originated from FTS.
0 (NO)
indicates that the message did not originate from FTS.

contains a Boolean value that indicates whether the message is a monitor class
message.

indicates that the message is not a monitor class message.

contains a Boolean value that indicates whether the message was generated by a
MSG ALL command.
