Specifying the Source
Database
You must specify the RMS database and the name of the source ruleset you want to
transfer by filling in the following fields:

From RMS Database:
UDB File ID .....
(ZRMSDB = Current RMS Database)
or filename .....
Ruleset Name ....
You must enter either a UDB file ID or the name of the file in which the source
ruleset is located. The UDB File ID field and the Filename field are mutually
exclusive, and must represent an RMS database. The fields are described below:
The UDB File ID field indicates the logical file ID of an open user database in
the current NonStop NET/MASTER MS system. The UDB file ID is one
through eight characters long, beginning with a character other than a digit.
The Filename field indicates a Guardian format file name suitable for access
with the UDBCTL OPEN command using INPUT mode. INPUT mode opens
the UDB file for read-only access. The Filename field has the format:
[ \sys .] [ $volume. ] [ subvolume. ] filename
You must enter the name of the ruleset in the Ruleset Name field. The ruleset
name must exist as an object in the current RMS database.
Specifying the Destination
Database
You must specify the RMS database where the source ruleset records are to be
transferred by filling in the following fields:
