Ruleset Name field contains the name of your default ruleset. If you wish to
be prompted by a selection list panel, ensure that the field is blank.
b. At the Parm Override field, type one of the following:
N (NO) to leave the control options unchanged. This is the default.
Y (YES) to temporarily change the control options. The change is valid
only for this execution of the message handler.
c. If you want to start a handler in a background environment, specify the owner
of the environment (BLOG, BMON, BSYS, or EMSP) at the Exec Region field.
If you specify BMON or EMSP, ensure that the MONMSG profile parameter of
the ruleset has a value of N.
