Obtain and operate on the list of active subjects as follows:
1. At any => prompt, type =R.9 and press ENTER to access Message Action Control.
The RMS : Message Action Control panel appears.

1 - Display/Freeze/Delete Active Message Subjects
2 - Display/Thaw Frozen Message Subjects
3 - Freeze a Message Subject
4 - Display/Delete Delayed Message Actions

Manager .... ( Optional )
F1=Help F2=Split F3=Exit F4=Return F9=Swap
2. Leave the Subject and the Manager fields blank to display a list of all the active
subjects. If you wish, you can use the two fields to restrict the listing.
The Subject field accepts 34 characters. If you specify a value in the field, the
list contains only the active subjects that have names of that value or that have
names beginning with that value.
The Manager field accepts 32 characters. If you specified a value in the field,
the list contains only the active subjects (as determined by the value in the
Subject field) under the specified manager.
